Recipe for Success

Preschool R' Us is proud to be granted NYC Department of Education PreK for All program.  In the PreK programs, children learn to play together, share and take turns, and put their thoughts into words.  They develop fine and gross motor skills by building, pretending, drawing, and running around.  Basic academic concepts like letters, numbers, shapes, colors, and foods are taught through play, whole and small group activities, and daily conversation between teachers and children while the children are playing.  Our school encourages early literacy from the toddler program to the pre-k program.  With early literacy development, children learn to ask simple questions of what, where, and when to complex questions of what, how, and why.

Preschool R' Us also has a private or extended pre-k program for children who have not been granted a PreK for All seat or for after hours of PreK for All program.  Our pre-k program follows a very similar curriculum to the PreK for All program, but also includes bilingual, ballet, music, and art activities (Please be aware not all locations provide all the additional activities, please call to find out).
